A meeting of Select Vestry was held on 3 February 1903 when there were present The Very Revd. The Dean of Dromore, in the Chair, Revd. E Jennings, George Calvert, James Collins, Wilson Irwin, J.G. Gracey, James Albin, John Montgomery, Mr. J. McDowell, Thomas Martin, Joseph Monro and Mr R Atkinson.

The List of Registered Vestrymen was revised and it was arranged to meet again on Friday 27 February to confirm same.
